I’m not missing bread. Yes, I did have a weak moment during Week 1 where I craved some garlic bread when having a No Noodles Spaghetti dinner, but I didn’t cave. After 16 days, there’s no urge to have a bun with a hamburger patty, there’s no craving bread for a sandwich and I’m still not interested in buying some gluten-free bread to review, because I don’t feel like shelling out $6 – $8 for a loaf.
Here’s the menu from Day 16:

It was another day of being gluten-free by omission, with no wheat and I have to state, no desire for GF alternatives.
I did enjoy some grilled Tilapia wrapped in bacon for dinner, some baby carrots tossed in a honey & balsamic glaze, and I did a quick mixed fruit cobbler on the grill for dessert. The crumble for it consisted of butter, light brown sugar, almond flour, and chopped cashews.
All in all, a good day, below 1,600 calories, over 100 grams of protein, and just a bit above goal with the carb intake (goal: 60 grams).
It was an inexpensive day too, pulling everything I needed from my pantry and fridge.
