The key to a great grilled cheese is mayo….. Don’t spread butter on the bread, melt it in the pan instead. Spread mayo on the bread and make it golden brown and delicious in the melted butter. I also like to flavor mine up a bit with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. ~ Mike Thayer

A real ‘satisfier’….    Grilled ham & cheese w/tomato.  Be sure to get a nice pan sear on the tomato before putting it in the sandwich.
