BBQ is regional.  In North Carolina, it’s all about pulled pork and a vinegar based sauce with some twang.  In Tennessee, it’s a highlight of ribs, with unique dry rubs of Memphis fame along with bourbon infused sauces.  In Texas, it’s about beef, namely brisket.  Then there’s Kansas City, with a rich history as a meat packing hub.  Every kind of meat is featured there along with a thicker, sweeter style sauce that’s lip smacking good. 

You’ll find all the great regional styles of BBQ in the Wichita Metro, it’s what makes the ICT a special BBQ town.  It’s a melting pot of BBQ styles, allowing you to ‘travel’ to all those great regional BBQ locations without leaving town!
