Cheese wraps rock! Anything you can do with a traditional tortilla, you can pretty much do with a cheese wrap. As the Park Street Deli Cheese Wrap package states, you can wrap it, crisp it, roll it and melt it. Heck, you can even cut these things into triangle shapes, crisp them up and dip them in salsa! Textured on one side, they even have the feel of a flour tortilla.
The Park Street Deli brand is an Aldi private label and offers a full range of deli-style products, including chicken dishes, dips, egg rolls, guacamole, hummus, pork dishes, salads, salsa, snacks, and more. I picked up a package of the cheddar wraps during my last grocery shopping trip, they make a Parmesan variety as well.
Here’s the Day 20 menu:

Ham, Muenster cheese, lettuce, mustard, Ranch, all wrapped up in cheddar!
I ate too many carbs on the day! Even though consumed earlier in the day, I almost doubled my daily intake goal of no more than 60 grams. I was craving cereal, and it did me in. It was an oat cereal though, not wheat, so no gluten. The rest of the day went pretty well, although a bit light on protein.
Lacking enough veggies and fruits in the daily regimen, I have started supplementing with a daily multi-vitamin. I have not yet found a balance in getting enough nutrition while keeping the carb count low. I have a lot of foods yet to explore, so finding a good balance I think is a matter of time.
The cheese wrap was the highlight of the day. Costing me $4.29 for a package of four wraps at Aldi, they are a bit pricey but they’re tasty, versatile, and a perfect alternative for this diet. The Park Street Deli Cheese Wraps get 5 out of 5 Bachelor on the Cheap Stars and are most definitely worthy of a repeat buy.
