This only works if you’re pan frying or oven baking one of those frozen hash brown, a.k.a., tater cakes…..  It will NOT work in a deep fried preparation…..

After that first flip, sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese for a little more flavor and crispy texture, it’s another dose of YUM!

Good eats is all about layers of flavor and that’s exactly what a little Parmesan cheese brings to the table when preparing some ‘tater cakes.
