FioRito Ristorante is a celebration of local ingredients, handmade bread and pasta, hospitality, and of Wichita itself.

Fiorito means “flowering” in Italian. Our roots are in Wichita and we hope to bloom here too.

By cultivating relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and crafts people we are cross-pollinating with the best of what our community has to offer.
