It’s a good looking pie
Another road trip, another night of ordering delivery pizza and eating while working in the ambience of a hotel room.
Pizza is an easy go-to and on this night I decided to give the New York Style Pizza from Papa Johns a try.
Papa Johns is always tinkering with their menu and they recently added the NY style crust as an option in late December. Available through March 13, 2022, the NY Style pizza is a classic that reigns supreme for many pizza lovers, and the ability to “fold.”
I ordered my favorite toppings, going with pepperoni and mushrooms, original sauce and extra cheese. Papa Johns NY style crust has all the characteristics you would expect, eight large and wide foldable slices cut from a 16-inch pie. It was a thin crust baked to perfection, complimented with my favorite toppings, this was a nicely balanced pie. I like this crust better than Papa Johns original. Much better. Papa Johns has done a nice job with their Big Apple rendition for pizza crust.

Going for the fold
Costing me around $25 after adding soda plus delivery and tip, I’m giving the New York Syle Pizza from Papa Johns 4 out of 5 Bachelor on the Cheap stars. I consider Papa Johns traditional pizza average pizza, but their NY Style crust elevates the pizza experience and is worthy of a repeat buy.
