We are what coffee should be–strong, sometimes sweet, never bitter and ready to knock your socks off!

We make delicious espresso with a La Marzocco Linea espresso machine, also known as Sophia. We love her. We also make cold-brew coffee using the Toddy commercial system. It produces drinks that are so smooth, delicious and low in acid that you might never go back to brewed coffee again. Our water is filtered, our sauces do not contain high-fructose corn syrup, and our beans are roasted to perfection by the Spice Merchant. Our beans are then ground in a Malkonig K30 Vario grinder mere moments before your drink bursts forth into existence at our loving hands.

These drinks are made by two people who care about quality, consistency and love as expressed through the work we do. Please come try our drugs, they are bad-ass.
