Who makes the best tacos in the Wichita Metro?

This will probably be my most challenging food endeavor yet!

I recently conducted a Best in the Wichita Metro Burger Challenge 2022, sampling burgers from local joints, regional restaurants and national chains.

Now in need of a new Challenge, the reading audience has overwhelmingly voted…   TACOS!

So I’ll be on a mission to find out who makes the BEST taco in the Wichita Metro!

Other notable suggestions of martinis (that could be a problem judging – hiccup!), sushi, cinnamon rolls, egg rolls (do you see a roll theme here?) and steak, among others were considered.

The taco list is HUGE, way bigger than the burger list…  What a problem right?  Sampling all those tacos?
