Bagatelle Bakery is family owned and operated. Shortly after their marriage, Naji and Claire Toubia teamed up with influential restaurateur Antoine Toubia to open Bagatelle Bakery in 1983. Our mission has always been to give our community the pleasures of the European bakery experience that the Toubia family adored growing up abroad.
Our specialty pizzas are made using a delectable selection of seasonal ingredients and baked in our wood-burning hearth oven to render that special flavor. The soft-to-bite crust is made from dough that is aged using traditional methods. Try one, you will love it!
Our artisan bakers work all night making, fermenting, and handcrafting a variety of breads that are baked in our hearth deck oven with the steam required to give it the crust and color of perfectly developed bread. We only use the freshest ingredients with no preservatives.
